This is the width of cord I mostly work with on my wall hangings.

This 4 ply rope is perfect for fringes!! As you can see in the product photos, each strand has multiple fine strands of cotton, which when unravelled and combed out creates a thick fluffy fringe. This rope is also great for achieving the wavy texture when unravelled without combing. This rope holds its structure very well when knotting.
